Don't let the sound of these pages scare you. We're actually quite reasonable about all this legal mumbo-jumbo. We understand the fluid, and sometimes insane nature of film and video production and try to remain flexible enough to make it all work for every one.

However we do have to be fair to everyone, including ourselves. So as a necessary precaution to keep us all on the same page, we have tried to put together some standard set of rules covering payment, insurance and treatment of equipment. Let us know ahead of time if you have special concerns or needs regarding the terms, and we'll try to make it work for you somehow.

For those of you that are new to the world of production insurance, we have included a sample of a typical industry standard Insurance Certificate. This is the format we are familiar with, but if you can provide us with proof of insurance in a different format, we'll figure it out.

Most of the time you do need to have production insurance. Your personal homeowner's or auto coverage will not cover you. If you don't have any insurance, and don't know where to get any, contact us and we'll give you some ideas.
